Maria Anagnosti currently is with Infinera corporation (Sunnyvale CA) as a senior hardware development engineer, developing Photonic Integrated Circuits for fiber optic communication networks. She was most recently at Alcatel Lucent Bell Labs/III-V lab in Paris, France as a Doctoral Research Engineer, working towards her Ph.D. Her Ph.D project was focused on the design and implementation of Photonic Integrated Circuits (High speed Pre-amplified photoreceivers & Transceivers) for short reach networks. Before joining III-V lab she was with NTT BRL in Atsugi-shi, Kanagawa, Japan. Her research there focused on Rare Earth Doped Silicon Light Sources.
Maria received a joint Ph.D. from Pierre & Marie Curie University and Telecom SudParis grande école of engineers. She received a double Master degree in Photonics from the Royal Institute of Technology KTH, Stockholm, Sweden, & University of Ghent, Belgium.
